1.Bring on the Heat
Being in the Northeast, we know that having a party outside during the winter sounds crazy. The last thing you want during your party is for guests to complain they’re cold and not enjoy themselves. At Tents & Events, we have heaters available for our tents to make sure your guests keep warm. Our party tent rental specialists in Philly will even advise you on the best heater for the size of tent you’re renting, and we’ll also let you know if we think renting fans to circulate the heat within your tent is a good idea.

2. Choose a Tent with Sidewalls
Sidewalls better protect guests from the elements. Not including sidewalls in your tent rental can let too much heat escape out of your tent, which results in unhappy, chilly guests. Tents & Events has three types of sidewalls to choose from: solid, clear, or cathedral/windowpane. Our staff will gladly help you decide which is the best option for your party.

3. Don’t Skip Music & A Dance Floor
Even if your holiday parties never included a dance party before, if you provide a dance floor and music you’ll have your friends and family showing off their jolly dance moves!

4. Get Creative
Rent a cotton candy machine, a popcorn machine, or snow cone machine to take your party to the next level. For decor, add sparkling string lights along the inside of the tent or add some poinsettias to the tables as centerpieces.

5. Have Enough Space
Once everyone has RSVP’d, grab your guest list and refer to our Space Configuration Guide to see which tent will accommodate the number of people attending. When choosing your tent, consider which tables and chairs you’d like to rent as well. Also, don’t forget to add some extra space for such things as a buffet table or a dance floor like we mentioned earlier.
